1. Custom Products & Returns
Due to the highly personalized nature of our prints, we do not offer returns or changes of heart cancellations once an order has been sent to production. Each print is custom-made to your specific race data. If your print arrives damaged or contains a manufacturer error, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
2. Data Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization data (Runner Name, Finish Time, Splits) is correct at the time of purchase. CityBib is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.
3. Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, CityBib is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, typography, and website content are the property of CityBib. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer.
