1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CityBib website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Company Information: CityBib is operated by Kimmy Studio LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16355444. Our registered office address is available upon request.

2. Products and Services

CityBib provides personalized race posters and related merchandise. All products are custom-made based on customer specifications and race data provided.

Custom Products: Due to the highly personalized nature of our prints, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been sent to production. Each print is custom-made to your specific race data and cannot be resold.

3. Data Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization data (including but not limited to runner name, finish time, splits, and race details) is accurate and correct at the time of purchase. CityBib is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate data provided by the customer.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via Stripe and other secure payment processors.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order will be the price charged.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the UK, and 7-14 business days internationally.

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, CityBib is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third-party carriers. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Defects and Quality Issues

If your print arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or has a printing error that is our fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to photographic evidence of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, typography, website content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with CityBib are owned by Kimmy Studio LTD and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Purchase of a print grants you a license to use the personalized print for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You do not acquire any copyright or reproduction rights to the design elements or artwork.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kimmy Studio LTD, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
